Description: Planning is a vital, ongoing conversation, Plans, unless updated, are dead artifacts. Most organizations focus on the process of creating “the plan” and miss entirely the most fruitful product of planning – strategic thinking and conversations that to lead engagement, alignment and foster energetic action. Organizations are living entities. Planning should be an ongoing conversation that guides that living entity.

Kansas Leadership Summit is unique in its scope; it brings together a select core of nonprofit leaders/staff and board members for dynamic sessions across the State of Kansas. The class cohort will focus on one (1) topic. They will learn from nationally known experts, share ideas with their colleagues and peers, acquire the tools and empowerment to implement a plan of action, and receive a certificate of Completion from the program with the knowledge to guide their organizations to new levels of growth and sustainability.
